can anyone tell me if the dragon slaying ring scale to level 70 on pc

Yes, they do. I don't have a level 60 character to show what they are at when level 60 but here are two shots, first on a level 62 character and the second on a level 70 character.

Closing this thread up though as you asked this in the XBOX forum. I'll reply there too though.
