I play a Soulbinder SW with rank 6, normal flaming enchant and only mulhorand weapon (not set), lvl 65 pvp set from trade of blades. And i'm at 500 kills-200 deaths, burning most enemies very, very fast. Often one-rotating them. Once my sparks are at max stacks i'm also quite survivable and with some footwork i can pull it out.
Mmmh...not really. 1.6k iLvL. Can have fun, while not being gamebreaking cause that gear is very much doable at lvl 60-69 (normal flaming enchant is cheap, close to bronzewood around 100-120k AD when i bought it).
Except, obviously, when i meet players in trans enchants and rank 12's. Playing like that is meh, like cheating pretty much. Going to lvl 60-69 PvP with a 3k toon or 2.5k+ toon with BiS enchants is like going to lvl 70 PvP with a 7k iLvL toon...
It's cryptic fault that basically allows such BiS gear into lower level PvP.
About GF, to respond to santralafax: you must be kidding XD Properly built DPS GFs have the same burst of a full-stacks GWF, but they can do from start and while stunlocking the enemy. That's how much the devs buffed GFs damage. If you go PvP with such an overgeared GF, you are 100% sure to tank a lot and vaporize the enemy's HP in few hits. The 3k guy i was talking about was literally walking around in his TNeg and TTerror, eating damage no problem and one rotating everything around him.
If you play in 60s your cheating ayways, the stats are broken AF
