Potential fix to being unable to logon

This worked for me, thought I'd share. My issue seems to be an ARC configuration problem.
"I fixed my issues. I killed ARC and ran 'neverwinter.exe' out of the neverwinter_en directory in program files in compatibility more (win7/administrator)
ARC seems to launch the game and crash it according to my application event log..."
I also noticed the game binaries never even TRIED to use the network in resource manager (resmon network tab) once I lauched from ARC. Process Explorer showed some some server addresses being staticly forced, so I figured I'd work around that and then I was able to get in.
