Healing depression doesn't affect chaotic growth

Yeah, it doesnt affect and it is a fast healing. This should be every second and not 0.5; a heal overtime effect that overheal a virtuous healer cap feat.

TO correct you you mean doesnt affect all the effect. IT cuts the heal to half. When i am doing pve i get 3600 per 0.5 sec
when i am under healing depression in pvp i get 1800 per 0.5 sec.
