Can't Open Hyperlinks In Launcher

I know this isn't technically game related, but I have been trying to fix this for a while now with no luck. Every time I click on a hyperlink in the launcher, nothing happens. I have my default programs set properly and permissions are set properly as well. I am using Windows 10 but this has been going on since Windows 8. Anyone have any suggestions?
