When does the summer festival really end?

The official post here and in game post seem to say the opposite of each other

    The ingame countdown is when the height of the festival will be, should end around the 28th August

    Basically, it's an increase(double) for most event rewards. Favors of Sune, not included, but the petals from the level 3 task are doubled.

    Probably not until next year. PC didn't get it until the third festival. We will likely get it with the second.
