Fatal Error: JavaScript Error

This is the message I receive when launching the game through the ARC interface. Then the launcher crashes.

Fatal Error: JavaScript exception: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'toLowerCase' of undefined

Have you recently watched or tried to watch Netflix, or had Microsoft Silverlight update or try to update? I think that is what started my problems.

Hey! Please test this!:Go to Options and Forfe Verify And Safe Mode or Re-Install the game and check if it may Work!

I have had the same issue for 3 days now. You cant force verify. It just causes the game to crash immediately. Re installing doesn't work either. There are old threads discussing this problem. At that time it was thought it was possibly started by a virus that messed with the js? I dont know. Way above my head. I have scanned and cleaned this computer with every malware and virus scanner out there at this point and i'm still stuck. Is there a step i'm missing? Any help would be much appreciated as i'm getting super frustrated.

has anyone received any response or direction on this? My ticket response (safe mode or force verify) did not and still does not work for this issue. Anyone.....Bueler....Bueler......

I have the same issue... the launcher crashes, so I can't selecct safe mode or any other opcion... some days ago was the display problem...then this... come on ¬¬
