Influence Increase drop rate or decrease amounts needed

Yea this is a issue, I also made another post about this under bug reports and I will consider this a bug until I see it fixed, this is not the way to handle things as far as forcing us to wait around 20 hours for influence cap to go away then another 24+ hour wait for stronghold upgrade to go threw, so defiantly remove the influence cap or decrease the amount needed per project.

    So Cryptic what are you going to do for us, please respond to this message and fill us in on what you plan to do to make strongholds better

    I'll ask a specific question: If everything were working as intended, how long do you expect it to take for a 150-man guild to progress through the guild-hall ranks? That is, how many calendar days to rank-2? rank-3?

    We know you have a model/goal for this, can you please tell us whether what we're seeing is consistent with your model?

    A "daily" limit is broken. Usually people should get 120 influence/day ( 60->30->15->10->5 for HE @SH map).
    But in most cases people dont receive these rewards and sometimes u have to several times press reward button before receive reward and "bypass" part of influence ( for e.g. get 60->10->5 = 75inf/day not 120 )...

    So because of this, usually every character gets only 30-60 influence/day ~ near 2 month for GH lvl8 for our guild with 30+ online and 200-250 characters... if people are not abandoned it.

    i feel im stuck again.... like the begining of mod6... we hit lvl 70 and then what?.... the amount need to do the sh we are stuck again... new mod and we cant do it.... for a small guild with 10 to 20 online players number also floats during the day what can we do? quit our jobs and turn to botlike players just running alts to pass the cooldown to get the influence and etc needed?
    the amount of hours playing is droping for me i just feel like criptic wount stop to hurt the players.... rip small guild´s

    The influence cap of 120 per day may be as intented and according to Stronghold's timegate design. BUT clearly there is a BUG with the influence progression and/or timer reset. Many people in my guild are starting their daily HE and get 30 influence, then at the next HE 10 influence, then zero. Others get 60 for the first HE then 15 for the second. So clearly this is a BUG. What a surprise..How can you ask people to pay REAL money for your services if you cant offer REAL services? This "equation" cannot survive for long, its the same equation which applies for beggars/lowlives/scum. You wanna get paid for something you DONT offer.

    Look, we all agree that it is time-gating. I think what doublea2015 is saying is that the duration they have presently implemented is really quite bad. I'm inclined to agree---hence why I asked what the intent was supposed to be.

    In the past, their pattern has been
    1. release the mod with overkill on difficulty
    2. watch to see what tricks/exploits/bugs/strategies the players will develop
    3. adjust the difficulty so that progress meets their objective.

    Thus, one might suspect the rank-2 guild hall requiring 30k influence is an instance of this pattern. If so, it would be good to move on to step 3 sooner rather than later.

    Because If you are not able to take("bypass reward by button") the reward at large(epic) HE, or not received at small(minor) HE, you just lost a part of the daily limit.

    The cap on influence should be removed. This is the death of all medium to small sized guilds.

    Maybe just fix the bugs related to it. With my TR... my 20 hour CD ended during our 24 hour GH upgrade. So when I got back on after the GH was renewed... I should have started to get more Influence. I got nothing for 3 major HEs. Most of my guildies got nothing.

    So I switched to my CW... hoping to get more Influence from somewhere. No such luck. Even though I had not touched him for over 36 hours... he got 15 Influence for the Beholders and nothing for No Sympathy.​​

    I looked
    So I did the Math on 120 Influence a Day. Rough numbers are as follows
    40,833 Character Days

    500 Characters = 82 days = 3 months
    250 Characters = 164 days = 5.5 months
    125 Characters = 329 days = 11 months
    60 Characters = 681 days = 22 months
    30 Characters = 1362 days = 3 years, 9 months
    10 Characters = 4,084 days = 11 years
    5 Characters = 8,168 days = 22 years

    So 125 Characters seems to be the Mid Point for The Calculations for Time gating of Max Stronghold Content

    All these Calculations are dependent on EVERY CHARACTER getting 120 Influence a day though that needs to be fixed so some characters are not getting half that

    Well, then it will take only 11 to 22 years for average guild to build stronghole... uhm, maybe not happen.

    Even 3 months feels much because next mods makes current gear obsolete, but having stronghole builded up is one goal to have...

    Fast rebuild for "Influence" -points is needed.
