got a question for you all, as a PvP view.
i'm thinking to buy the Snail mount (Purple), Just because of the "Equip Bonus",
i don't care about the 140% speed or the Combat skill. (it's not worth for me.)

- Are the Equip Bonus noticeable on PvP or Not really?
- Does it have an secret ICD?
- and finally is the "Equip bonus effect" worth to spend 3M for it? (currently price)

Neck artifact brings you full AP in 75 seconds, which is around 1.3% AP per second.
So let's say you begin a match with a Mythical SigDiv, and use a daily in the first engagement.
For the first 10 seconds you get 3.8% per second for 10 seconds, so within 10 seconds 38% of your AP is filled up. Of course, in those 10 seconds you're probably using your own powers to fight, which would at the least fill up 20% of your AP pool.
So in the first 10 seconds after you've used your daily, if you have been fighting and using a lot of attacks, you'll already have around 60% full. From that point on, if you are in combat, 15 seconds later your AP is full again naturally. By this time your 1min SigDiv is also almost ready.
So, the time line would be something like this:
[00:00] Match starts / SigDiv used.
[00:15] 100% AP / 45secs to next SigDiv
[00:20] First engagement, Daily used / 40secs to next SigDiv
[00:30] 60% AP filled up / 30secs to next SigDiv
[00:45] 100% AP / daily used / 15secs to next SigDiv
[00:55] 60% AP filled up / 5 secs to next SigDiv
[01:10] 100% AP filled up / SigDiv ready / Daily Used / SigDiv used
[01:20] (effects of Daily Use/mount bonus + neck artifact + SigDiv) = 100% AP / daily use
[01:30] 60% AP filled up / 40secs to next SigDiv
...assuming nonstop combat, in less than 2 mins into the fight dailies used 4 times.
If this is something like the HR, then of course, it's AP madness.
Balance? No such thing in NW. If there is anyone within Cryptic offices who actually did care about PvP balance, he/she would probably be considering about quitting the job right now. Stuff like the guild PvP armours allowed starting from lv10 and stuff... the devs are just insane now.
They are out of their minds. Not only is PvP screwed, the entire PvE levelling content is also now out of whack, since those armour items give you specs higher than someone at lv50 or lv60.
Let's hope they actually scheduling for general balancing, and they just ignored it up to now because they wanted to finish up SH and then fix stuff... because as it is right now.... the game's basically dead. It is now undeniably, totally P2W. No amount effort or skill matters. Just get a big guild, get a group going and you're invincible in both PvP and PvE.
I won't be surprised to see lv20 guys going to lv50~60 content in PvE groups to level up at insane speeds.

That's 4 baddies. What do you think is going to happen if they bring in same number of cheesy MI TRs? At the rate of AP generation we have now, I can pretty much guarantee they'll wipe the floor of all of them within 30 secs.

i think, this a better investment at the moment instead of Mount.
