Of course not. Leveling dungeons never droped elemental seals and are way too easy. There seem to be a typo in the anouncement.

They are talking about T1 epic dungeons : valindra castle, malabog castle and lostmauth lair

Umsche's interpretation is correct. Sorry for the confusion that wording may have caused. Non-epic in this case refers to Valindra, Malabog and Lostmauth. In addition, there should be also be increases in Kessel's and Tuern. Epic refers to Cragmire, Temple of the Spider and Gray Wolf Den.

It says: drop from minibosses and bosses. It is not the chest box in the end. The drop from minibosses and bosses are rare drops. I take that as the 3-man ones can have rare drop from minibosses and bosses.

Would you all please rename the dungeons then? Please. If they are Epic, put epic in the title and description. If they aren't epic, remove the word. Please!

The mistake was not with the name of the dungeons themselves, but with the patch notes. That being said, we are aware that the nomenclature of what is and is not epic has become confusing and unhelpful and are looking in to potentially simplifying the distinction at some point.
