Can't get in-game now...

I am currently having issues getting the game to load up since the Strongholds update, I have re-installed arc, I have updated my AMD 8 5500, but still can't load the game! When loading, I get past the CRYPTIC screen, then freeze on the Neverwinter screen! Anyone know a fix?

I am having the same problem seance Mod 6 I have had to load safe mode now Mode 7 safe mode won't work at all. all my drivers are up to date. All my other games I play work great only Neverwinter freezes after CRYTIC screen.....

Same problem here. After the update game isn't working properly anymore.

I have the same issue! Since the Strongholds update, I simply get a black screen after the CRYPTIC screen. After a while I get an error message stating that the GameClient.exe is not responding. All drivers is up to date as well. What must be done!?

Run the game in safe mode, and type -d3d9 into the command line to run the game. It may take a while to load, and become unresponsive for a bit, but you will get to the character select screen after a few minutes.
