Is retraining coin from zen market bound to account or character? If bound to account how i can transfer to another character?

Use the character who need it to buy it.

It is a token (inventory item) and it is unbound (I believe you can even sell it in the AH, but why would you want to?)

You can put the token (inventory item object) into your shared bank or email it to any one.

When you want to use it: double-click on it. The character that double-clicks on it will then have the option to actually using. Choose Retrain (in the power window) and then select "Purchased Retraining Token" and away you go.

NOTE: A Retraining also includes a Respecialization (respec) - so you will redo all your feats and boons also.

    *****

The *ALTERNATE* way it works (I mention this because this is how it works for the retraining token in booster and other packs IIRC)

Rather than receiving a token, any character can retrain. You simply choose "Retrain" from the powers window on the character you want to retrain. Select the "Purchased" option and away you go. All characters will allow you to do this, but once you actually use the retraining then it disappears from the other characters.

Last time i bought a "retrain token", i didn't get an item, i just got the option to respec in the character sheet.
Not going to test it right now, waiting for Strongholds and if they hand out another free respec with it.

They won't hand out a free respec since there's no major class balance changes planned.

Well, i'm going to way anyway. They will probably break some class abilities again with the new module, better to wait and see what they will break, and then adapt the characters to it.
