level 60 skirmishes

I'm at level 60, completed all areas in the main story but have no level 60 skirmishes in my queue. I read another thread here saying they unlock in the campaign. So some clarification would be nice. I started the first bit in the dragon campaign a couple days ago, have all the stuff done just waiting on time to run down now to move on. Are these the campaigns that will unlock them?

    Master of the Hunt and Dread Legion are unlocked by doing the introduction quests for Sharandar and Dread Ring respectively. Those areas are now for level 70 content though, so I'm not sure how difficult those introduction quests are right now for a level 60 toon. Try them out in those zones (I think they are called Old Sharandar and Ashen Battlefield respectively).

    If you can't get through them, find a friend to help carry you through.
