And depending on what the other clerics have, I run the opposite (No reason to Stack, since I do not believe they do)

X: Break Spirit (Boost Ally Damage) or Prophecy of Doom (Strips DR) or Chains of Light (Area Lock Down)
Y: Sunburst (Adds off Cliffs and away from Clerics, Local Heals) or Bastion of Healing (Area Mega Heal)
Z: Forge Masters (Boost Ally Damage) or Divine Glow (Heal, Boost Damage and Strip DR)

I usually focus on Stripping DR, as I can not guarantee that everyone in the raid actually has the proper amount of Armor Pen.

I tend to avoid Astral Shield as it does not appear to be necessary. In this event Chains of Light > Astral Shield.
I tend to avoid Astral Seal, as it sometimes drops my frame rate. Not entirely sure why, but probably due to the amount of network traffic that occurs between servers (and 24 other Xbox's) graphics processing, and Comcast being Comcast.

Break spirit damage buff doesn't work I believe. Pretty sure it doesn't anyways.

I will use lost mouth for my setup example. I run with BoH words and forge masters on boss and during trash instead of forge I use glow.

Boh for burst heals in case someone messes up and words to keep everyone capped the entire fight. Forge masters for the buff and the DoT. It's easy to target with it.

In big trash pulls, talking 30-50 monsters at a time or more I will run divine glow words and bastion.

Alternatively a nice setup I enjoyed running but made myself more of
A heal bot than anything would be.

Place astral shield then hit with shield again from divinity for the temp hp then hit words and bastion of health. Temp hp is a nice buffer while casting BoH.

That setup is great for huge dungeon pulls no losses ever. But as a cleric you should really try to push the envelope and buff and debuff where possible. I will heal for 2.5-3m damage in a temple of the spider setup with all heals. But then my other setup I will do 1.2-2.8m damage getting rid of astral shield or bastion and replacing with divine glow or forge masters. And still do the normal 2.5-3m healing. So you can really speed the group up adding more dps to the mix

Did some testing, it does 10% for me for 8 seconds. So the empowered does not seem to work (Should do 30%). Can not confirm that it helps allies and how far away/how many yet.

I don't believe it even works on the PC still

I see mentions in some forums that it is 10% on PC as well.
