Dragons Hoard Enchantment

I recently switched out 5 Dragons Hoard Enchantments for Lesser DHEs (in my character's utility slots), noticing that it doubles the chance of the enemies dropping their little parting gifts. With the 5 Lesser DHEs, I WAS getting about 5% gem drops. Now, with the Dragons Hoard Enchantments, I am getting a lower percentage of gem drops than I did before. I should be getting closer to 10% gem drops, and it's not even close. I am wondering if you might please look into this issue? Is anyone else noticing this?

    I noticed the DHE's aren't as effective as they used to be.
    I'd like to know what kind of internal cool-down have been placed on them.
    I upped some lesser to normal and saw no difference. Waste of stones.

    Your story about seeing an even lower drop is totally believable.
