The question is actually the Hastening Light off hand bonus has a bug ???
If yes, could you please fix in the next patch!

both hastening light and the artifact power for hastening light have been broken since before February of this year

sadly the mods, devs, or company has been going through and deleting any post about hastening light i have been following it for a couple months and just about two weeks ago i made a stink so a couple days after that all talks about hastening light have been deleted

That makes sense if it's actually some sort of exploit - can you PM me the details in that case so I can test it, compile the data and get a report in?
