I noticed that trascendent elven armor enchantment has changed, without any note anywhere. From 200% control resistance the tooltip now says 80% control resistance.
Please just tell me:
a) it is a bug
b) it is a nerf, not noticed anywhere
I personally find it inadmissible from a game development team. This game has a lot of problems and bugs, starting from endlessly healing paladins and going forwards. But this are mistakes that will be corrected.
In case of a ninja nerf is not a mistake, is a sneak action.
In 1 of games I played there was similar problem with communication - players solved it by creating a thread after every patch named "Patch x.xx undocumented changes" where they put all the hidden changes. Sure, sometimes they were mistaken/somebodys memory was wrong but generally it did more good than evil
Elven Battle: All ranks should now correctly increase resistance to the control types they list (most notably Transcendant and Pure). Additionally tooltips and functionality have been modified to more accurately mimic damage resistance so it should be much simpler to track and notice the effect of this enchantment.
There was an explanation posted somewhere (can't find it now) and I think what they did was change from multiplicative to additive - i.e. previously the enchant would multiply your resistance by 200% and now it adds a flat 80%

PLEASE DEVELOPERS, CLARIFY THIS POINT.
