Hr roots endlessly repeat their dot on people wearing elven armor enchantments...can you please check it out?

    BY THE WAY, could also anybody explain me why the elven trascendent was shifted from 200% control resistance to 80% control resistance and NOBODY noticed it on patch note anywhere?!?!?!?!?!?!?
