The in game mail system lost my artefacts

Ouchhh I sent a mail using the in game postbox with two artefacts attached and it has disappeared so i'm out two waters of eliahad, anyone else had a similar problem and got it fixed?

    I haven't experienced any lost items in the mail yet. I would suggest creating a support ticket. Good luck and I hope you get your items back.

    I had an issue once when it took about three hours after I mailed for the message to get received, but the items were not lost.
