Icespire Peak - Additional Missions

Running into a situation where after completing the first quest on Icespire Peak "Winterkill Orders" it seems everything has dried up. Meaning I cannot move on or find the next quest giver. I looked in the WIKI and I see the next quest is for "Prisoners of War" but I cannot find Vaile Birchsmith anywhere on the map. At the time I was looking for Vaile was when I was at level 55 and since skipped the whole area so not after hitting 60 I wanted to go back and try again, still same issue.

Suggestions anyone?

    You may be too high of a level for it, not sure.

    I was thinking the same thing, but I was not sure the game has that type of check to not allow missions if you are past a certain character level.

    I'm an idiot. Really I am. For whatever reason, Vaile Birchsmith, quest icon was not appearing, so I did some more looking around and turns out after click 'A' on all I could I found her and got the next quest! Idiot. Me.

    The questgiver indicator disappears when you are overleveled, but the main quest will still be there. Same for all zones.

    yes..i found that the blacksmith was the female dwarf near where you enter and the little icon to say there is a mission dont show...BUT after i completed those 1st mission all the rest of the quests for ice spear have vanished..does any one know why..

    no they dont..i been clicking every body and no more quests till i hit the epic level quest

    okay..it appears i may be a too high level..BUT i got to high by doing the quests in the order given out..it says on the wiki level 46-49 i was given Icespike peak at level 55..its the only quest zone that this happens on

    Took my level 70 warlock through there last week and had the same problem. No icon was there, but I had to talk to everyone, but I can't remember for sure who finally had the quest. I think it was someone halfway up the peak.

    The option to hide low-leveled quests can be found under the settings, and for whatever reason, it's enabled by default.
