Too bad they banned large guilds this week, so all those returning members coming back to say hi to their old guild buddies are on their own since they won't be able to get back into their guilds.

If the limit was lowered, with the appropriately phrased feedback from players, it can be raised back.

I don't see what the problem is at keeping the guild cap at 500 total players, and capping the instances in Strongholds at 150 players, or only counting contributions from the first 150 accounts each day.

Maybe. wanna bet? Anything's possible in this crazy mixed up world, but I will be absolutely shocked if that happens.

    No point in restating:

i think the problem is huge for the real new players, who stttr an alt right now will have at least 4/6 months of warm-up just to have 2k ils that is considered the base for a good T1 team.

Unrepentant can have a fresh 70 running T1's minutes after hitting 70, and comfortable with the content in less than a week.

If it takes you 4-6 months to "warm-up" you're doing it wrong.

It gives big guilds overwhelming power. You must not even bother to get stuff done in the area if only the first 30% of your guild members must complete stuff while other smaller guilds must put a lot more effort up to get stuff complete.

...to put this back on topic: I had hoped the Jubilee might lead to _some_ increase in player count. Steamcharts tells me it didn't. Not really mood lightening.

I'M GONNA SING THE DOOM SONG NOW!

Seriously, all of perfect world's mmos are on these forums now. Go look around in some of the other games, if you think this one's dying.
In game I'm @eviltaco, aka chalupaoffury. Cryptic apparently loves making me change my name every 2 years or so.

I can understand some of the issues just from part time players aspect of the game. There are a number of things that really could be improved that have been lingering.

    1. Ranger idle looking downward (guess to correct for bow but after so much time no correction?)
    2. Astral Diamond sellers spamming and in game mail spam
    3. Dragonborn lack of customation, feel for a pay class would have more options.
    4. Crafting seems very hindered by p2w items for anything decent
    5. The one that bothers me the most, the email system. For us part time players that work many hours and more so us that work on virus removal/computer repair last thing we want is to be having to check a homepage everyday to get updates on upcoming events. The elemental evil code event was a disaster, given the code email post canceled, had to dig around to find out why its not working and this past event i got the emal relating to the event on 3:10 PM June 19, when the event to recieve the first free item ended already. I love cosmedic items, but do not feel that item is worth $10, yet I missed this one again due to the lack of correct timing for future events sent to its player base.

So I can agree on some parts why some would feel that way, when I brought this up in "in game support" was told that sorry even though we can see you had been given no warning, you need to watch our pages for any events as we cant give out post event items. what use is the emails sent to my email if they are always going to be past the time they are in effect or late??? personally I feel its a fail on their part and can agree as a player that has put some money "more then buying a new game" would agree that this is not how you treat you paid part time players. The free things given out in this game make it fun and makes players that paid feel that they care, but cant even get the emails out on time for such a huge event leaves you to wonder. Been playing only 6 months to play with a friend, but they have quit already due to their thoughts of enough of the p2w. Every player values something that keeps you coming back or paying for stuff, not a good idea to leave them hanging like this. Sorry I dont waste my time on twitter or facebook much, as is I have to deal with issues with the page for other people enough.

    Sorry for the long post,

    Wolf

the developers did something stupid with the nerfing and difficulty
I think they are quite aware of that. But they can't just go "well let's decrease all ArmPen across the board by 50%" either. That would be just as bad. I'd rather they take their time and do the math properly this time.

They did something like that with regeneration and life steal....

just noticed, many players are becoming more fed up and getting "Raising the Pitchforks and Torches" in phesant uprising in arms.

I think they have made great strides in overall difficulty.

The Epic DDs are still death matches for me but all of the other aspects seem much better.

That said I would like to see an improvement on Epic DDs... I expect the "Well" mini-Dungeons are still too hard but I have not had the nerve to try them.

The PVP matches still have a good chance of drawing a premade which is almost a waste of time... but other than that it seems better too.

So I have faith the devs will continue the progress... At least I hope so

All that said... the lag is still bad for me
