Klingon Bridge Officer Canidate

I purchased a Male Klingon Tatical Officer canidate, and when I went to commission him, I ended up with an Unknown Male Tatical Officer instead.

Has this happened before?

    this happenned to me with a human officer. at the time I didnt think it was a bug because I thought mouseing over the quest reward changed his race, maybe it didn't.

    OK. That's good to know. Not player error from what it sounds like.

    (I was looking foward to having a Klingon on my ship....)
