vector space map mouse over objects

When hovering the mouse over objects on the vector space map I regularely am not having its name show up in a box next to it, whereas other times it does.

System specs:
quad core 2.4ghz
8gb DDR2 (800mhz)
ATI HD 4850
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit

    Same problem here, I assume that is for everyone.
