Idea: Running missions as a BOFF not the Captain

After watching the June 5, 2019 "Ten Forward Weekly: Random TFOs and You!" Around the one hour mark, Instead of running BOFFs on social zones it would be nice to be able to run some of the missions as the BOFFs. This would make more sense from Star Trek Lore perspective, it Also might be used to complete some of the accolades where you need a skill (TAC, ENG, SCI)
