Not getting Final Temporal Probe icon or able to claim reward

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Level 65 temporal Toon, all temporal probes found and rewards claimed, but final one does not illuminate so can't claim "Complete all Temporal Probes" final reward.
Waited 4 days, Switched maps, Inventory not full, Overflow empty.

Any clues ??

    I hate to ask the obvious, but have you tried a mission replay for the one that won't unlock?
