Stuttering

I have a regular stutter once about every second. On the FPS graph, everything looks good, and then there is a sudden purple spike.

I'm running an i7-5820K, gtx 970, have 32 gigs of ram. Running the most recent nvidia drivers for the 970.

    Are you on Windows 10? Sometimes when a Windows update is getting ready to download (whether you choose to download it or not), stuttering happens in the background. Also, right now Cryptic servers are not very stable. They really need to stabilize their servers.
