Minor injury Starship Repair

I am currently unable to repair any minor ship injuries. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

the 2 things i know are 1) use the "right" repair materials 2) use that repair-officer which is located on most stations, somewhere near the ship selector
possible buxfixes: try it out on diffrent stations.. maybe try fleetholdings.. switch to another ship, and see if you still cant fix it.. check another character.. get more damage (major, critical).. try sell your repair mats and get new ones.. can you fix injuries on your avatar?
