Tower Control Broken

I've gone from tower to tower, killing as many ships as I can and capping the towers, and maybe 1 in 5 counted, if that. Now I'm stuck at 100% completion and the mission won't progress. Tried changing zones. Tired logging out and back in. Nothing worked. I refuse to skip the mission, as that is no way to resolve an issue that has been around for a LONG time.

    Had the same problem, got multiple suggestions and found my own solution in the end. You can read the whole discussion, including suggestions for completing it, here. I hope it helps.
