Mirror Prefixes for our ships

Ok, so here we go again. Why do we not have mirror prefixes for our ships? even as C-store purchases of lets say 100 zen, or even 150. I'd pay. ISS for federation, ARW for Romulan, and whatever the KDF equivalent is. There has been multiple threads on this one thing, it is something the community wants. I'm tired of my only option to fly an ISS ship is restricted to 1-ships that are by no means competitive in the modern age of the game (the mirror ships from old lockboxes), and 2-Current lockbox ships that are hard to get, out of my price range, or simply not a class I want to fly. I'd like to be able to fly a Galaxy or Hestia with the ISS prefix, at T6 stats, not t4 or t5 (maybe) stats. Heck even that option is only open for the advanced escort, a few crappy science ships, and a couple of cruisers. all at significantly-less-than-t6 stats. On top of that since all I fly is fleetships at this point, anything that's less that t6 means I tend to die a LOT more (no fun) because I lost a lot of my tanking ability (due to lower stats) and a lot of my damage output (due to less console/weapon slots).
Please, PLEASE give us the mirror prefixes for our ships, it can't be that hard in the end.

Because if you want a in game reason....they aren't mirror universe ships. The ships that can use ISS are mirror or have access to mirror universe ships. Just like Republic Romulan designs can't use the IRW...
Or if you want to go from a financial standpoint, it makes the T6 mirror ships more rare and special...takes a little bit of the shine away if you can throw ISS on any old ship.
FCT qualification seem to have actually received an official response at some point in time in the past. this has not had ANY response from developers, and goodness know I agree its been hashed over enough but nobody's said anything as far as I can tell. as for the reasoning you give I can point this - there are mirror variants of all federation ships in canon. we fight them regularly enough that some would be captured at some point. the differences mainly boil down to a few cosmetic changes as there's no way to check console/boff setup. In ships they have given us was a difference there. From a financial standpoint the T6 mirror ships ur talking about will always be more rare because they don't have a variant from our universe, so That point is simply invalid.
Letting us have the prefix alone is a simple matter overall using existing game mechanics, whereas making a whole new ship with new console/boff setup and shoehorning it into a lockbox somewhere takes more work. We already have mirror variants of several ships but in crappy stats somewhere between t4 and t5. this isn't a thread asking for anything complicated - and you wouldn't see a lot of ISS ships id be willing to bet should they let us have the prefix. Heck I can paint my heastia to look like a mirror ship, but I cant make it an ISS? really.

But that takes up characters
We've got enough characters that we can spare a few. The only other solution I can think of is to fill the C-Store with loads of different prefix options.

Edit: Zen ... wrong game :O
there's not that many federation t5 and t6 ships. heck give it only to the fleetships and that reduces the number more.

I could endorse this. Maybe that solution would eliminate the idiots running around with the "USS USS whatever" because they don't realize the USS is automatically already on the ship.
