Kal Dano's voice in Stormbound is not consistent

There is a new deeper voice for Kal Dano, however in some of the pop-in comments it still uses the old voice.

    Hello @mattjohnsonva , The deeper voice is the new voice. The pop-ins that still use the old voice are a known issue.

    A few friends and I who have played the episodes with the new voice feel that the old voice sounds better for the mission and the way this one sounds doesnt fit well. just our opinion :)
