stuck while cloaking

i know there was a "fix" for this a long time ago, but actually it never realy fixed it.. my ships still getting stuck, with a very high chance, while i used cloak. my workaround is to not use cloak anymore

Same here with Scimitar-Makes the whole point of playing as Romulan and buying the Dreadnought pack pointless so much so that you can have the pack back!
