Update! Got my box when I played the mission a day later with another toon.
u are not alone lot of other players have same prblem and a lucky few did get it
Edit: Found it via the News section. That's a pretty cool addition to get some use out of ramming speed!

Things I want in STO:
1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!
Checked my f2p account and the box was listed in the rewards prior to accepting and did arrive at the end.
This has got me trying to think when I did the replay last week just in case I was under a week since the last one, which pretty sure shouldnt matter as I think the box just appears when rewards tick over.
Instead I got the 400 Anniversary Voucher again (yes, on a toon that had already gotten it).
Quite disappointed. No weekly reward and now I have 400 vouchers that are essentially going to get discarded because they have no use after the event ends.

You can turn those vouchers in (40 per day) for marks of your choice while the event is running.

Yes, but that's not the point. The point is that on the same toon, I got the 400 vouchers TWICE. Had I know that would have happened, I wouldn't have worked so hard to get the rest of the vouchers to get the ship.

Point taken. Just trying to point out that getting extra vouchers isn't a total waste, you can do something useful with them.

See, I thought of that. The first two times I tried was before last Thursday, and the remaining six times were over the weekend. Still no reward box, and it doesn't even show up as available.

Tried it again today. STILL no Week 3 spec point/upgrade reward box. Are we just not getting them this week at all? Feels like I got screwed on the deal.

It's been about 10 days since the last time I got the weekly reward.

Next day I went back and the reward box was shown and I did the mission.
If you finished the mission after picking it up... game may think it gave it to you already. Would be my guess if you still do not see the reward box.
