Anyone have problems with Manhunt on KDF

in PS4 Gameplay Bug Reports
I get to the end of the tunnel chasing Drake I see the explosion at end of tunnel but it is still closed. I reloaded several time to include abort and Re acquire it.

    Played this just a few nights ago with no problem. Can you post a screenshot of the issue?
