I would like having Destiny class from Stargate Universe. It might be ancient and not as modern as Atlantis city ship, but it is still badass and can fly through stars

Andromeda Ascendant without a doubt that would be so awesome.
Well, it's not perfect, but I always thought the Tal Shiar Adapted Battlecruiser looked a bit like a "borg-ified" Glorious Heritage Class ship. Particularly with certain Rep sets and hull patterns on it. It's hard to get the blue hue of the Andromeda and impossible to get the gold hue of the Pax Magellanic, but you can make it look like the Crimson Sunrise pretty easily. But then again perhaps I'm just stretching my imagination because I want to see it. For, as my forum avatar probably gives away, being a fan of Gene Roddenberry's other space opera nearly as much as I am of Star Trek I might be a bit biased.
Ah yes, U.S.S. Firefly, midbulk transport, standard radion-accelerator core, classcode 03-K64. Ship like that will be with you for the rest of your life.
