New Lifetime subscription without the perks?

In a Lifetime subscription your supposed to have certain perks. For instance Talaxian and liberated borg for playable characters. Yet being new to the Lifetime players I do not know if I am missing anything else, but I can't even create a new Talaxian to play as. As far as I know no one is doing anything to fix this and it is getting annoying.

    Also in the same boat, i wanted to create a lib borg romulan. But guess ill have to wait for all these x2 EXP weeks and weekends to pass on by while i cry in my room...

    Same problem. Just got the lifetime as an early Christmas gift. No Liberated Borg Romulan captain available, but Klingon and Federation are. Also missing Talaxians.

    Same here, they must had snagged a blood vessel while inserting a 2x experience weekend implant :(

    It's currently bugged and been reported.

    Yep its bugged. I deleted a Romulan Sci liberate Borg over the weekend with the intention of remaking him. I was a bit peeved when I found the option missing.

    It is bugged since season 11. Let's hope they will fix it soon, I am waiting to make a Talaxian (Yes I want a fat char :smile: )
    I am from Belgium and english isn't my main language, sorry if I make mistakes.
