i know, i know, it's because of (bad) MATH that success eats away from crit chance if there is no option for failure (and that this will not change).
but this is just getting silly now:

can you (Dev's / Borticus / Archon) at least change these no-fail assignments (all of them plz) so that the Profession of the Officer is not a *negative success modifier* but a crit trait instead?
it just makes no sense what so ever that the correct profession for a job reduces the crit chance.
