You tried. You failed but you tried. I just gave up and made a normal character since the Borg is just a skin anyway. I'd just like my $240 back. I sat on hold for 25 minutes with billing before giving up. I'll just pay a monthly subscription instead because with failure like that I doubt I'll be playing this game long enough to make up for the price anyway.

This is what we call a classic Troll post. He does not have a life time subscription. If he got a hold of customer service in 25 minutes on a launch day, he did pretty darn good. You can't cancel a lifetime sub, because you already paid for it in full; and no one in their right mind would cancel because of such a trivial problem.

Yeah, it's a troll post but at least it is amusing (for now). I'm stuck at work and then a social function with the wife until about midnight PST. I'm just as happy to pop some popcorn and sit back and laugh while all this goes on.
