Plasma torpedo bug

I'm hoping this is a bug but you can use jam sensors on a High Yield plasma torpedo, which basically freezes it.

    I noticed this as well, when I'd jam sensors on a group of NPCs, my HYT'd plasma torpedo would just stop moving.
