Crashing almost every time I zone today

Today, for some reason, I am crashing almost every time I zone. It happens when I appear in the wrong 'form' after zoning (i.e. I'm a starship on the ground, or a humanoid in sector space)
After this happens The system has to 'scan' the files which takes about 5 minutes then I can attempt to login again.
This wasnt happening like this until today.
