Just logged out - now can't login (possible bug?)

Not sure if this is a bug, or if my logout correlated with another problem. Basically, I just setup my alternate character and decided to go back to my primary character... so I logged off. After logging off, I attempted to log back in, but was unsuccessful. Each time I try, I get the message stating, "You are not allowed to login to this server at this time". I'm wondering if for some reason it thinks I am still in-game, and that I'll have to wait 30 minutes (inactivity boot) before logging back in?

I get the same message and haven't logged in for 11 hours, so I don't think so.

same problem here. but i was kicked out of the game without reason. I'm also interessted in knowing the reason.
