Game Hangs trying to load SOL Sector

i cant game anymore everytime i log in i choose character i get back to the loading screen saying loading SOL system. This came after i saw my groundunit in space and after that went to warp to the SOL system. after that the game didnt load proper i tryed many many times. logout end the proces trough windows.. log in.. wait for a while log in again... nothing same screen loading to the SOL system.

    I have created two different characters and have hit the same wall. Left it to try and load for almost two hours. This isn't going to allow me to give any feedback in testing.

    Yeah when are the devs going to get on this. I can't beta test the game and share with you all the other bugs I find if I can't play it.

    So I have tried several times to zone into earth dock from the tutorial.

    Right after you blow up the Borg Cube and are told hey kid ever wanna be an officer?
    Come see me in Earth Dock...

    Warp To Sol Zone make it so....Hey I said make it so.

    Warping...

    Still warping...

    Years Later... Still warping.

    Seems like I can not get the client to load into the Sol Zone.

    I can play just fine up to this point.

    I have rolled 5 toons and still get stuck here every time.

    Suggestions?

    same problem here! wrote an hour ago a ticket.. lets see what they tell me...
    tried everything changed graphics to lowest started 2nd chr, restarted around 20times and sitill the loading screen.. i would like to know r u guys from europe? maybe it effects the european players?
    so far i read that problem from germans, dutch and austrians like me.. would like to know..

    ANYONE who knows what to do.. HELP US PLAYING THE GAME!!
