Serious Issue in Lackey System

While doing the Lackey System mission (Hide and Seek) two days ago I got to the final part (Scanning the 5 unusual objects) and after about 20 minutes in that part my computer turned itself off, just like that. I rebooted and tried the mission again from the beginning and at the same exact spot once again my computer turned itself off. Since then I have tried the mission 5 times each time with the same result.
It is not an overheating issue because I have temperature monitors and they are all fine. It also doesn't happen anywhere else in the game just in this part of the mission after about 15-20 minutes.
