Targeting Bug?

I have noticed somewhat when I have been tab selecting mobs that should be closer they tend to be farther when selected.

I just thought it should come to your attention.

I have also sometimes not been able to select a mob or right in fornt of me with the tab key or clicking on it.

I think some of these is lag based but I also find it a complex issue.
