Have to force client to stop when....

I am disconnected from the server while trying to reload to it. Anytime I finish a mission and leave to sector space I get the same thing, Im a human standing in sector space, the server stops responding, then I spend a good 20 minuntes trying to log back in to being disconnected to the server over and over again.
