Defera assembly (crafting) missions broken?

I think I tried it the other night and I couldnt make any of the items the mission was asking for.

I tried it on a Rom-KDF toon. it asked me to make 3 power consumables? I had all the parts but it wouldnt fabricate the items when I hit the button.

    That has been like that for quite some time. I have not been able to craft that Fractal Remodulator at all, even though I have plenty of the components.

    I have read where people indicate that you have to time it perfectly to get the items to actually be crafted and have said to just keep pressing the Crafting button. I have not found that successful either.

    People have just asked to have the recipes added to the normal Crafting for Ground Items.

    That would be a good solution to the bug.
