You keep using that word "free" and then explaining how whatever the free thing was you had to pay for it with hard work and effort. Something isn't "free" just because it didn't cost real money. We all had to work every day for two weeks to get the "free" Vulcan ship. We all have to work endlessly to grind out the dilithium we use to convert into Zen. We WORK to PAY for those items. There are no free options to get anything in this game - you have to work or pay for whatever you want.

I hate how people now a days consider playing a game for 5 minutes to scan three particles "work"

To me that isn't hard, grinding till you fingers bleed to get dilithium to upgrade a part is work, not cause I get paid or anything, but to do TFO that always get reward reduced due to a few players either not getting the secondary objectives done or just dying so many times you stop counting isn't fun, or easy when you have to carry your work and there work at the same time. So depending on how a player defines what is and isn't work also defines what is and isn't free either.

You can make up your own definitions for words for personal use, but when discussing things with others it's better to use the generally accepted definitions.

Free = no cash monies, NOT that you just have to show up.

If you re-define "free" as "absolutely no effort at all" then the word becomes meaningless since it requires an effort just to stay alive from minute to minute. Oxygen ain't free, gotta work for it with the breathing!

RNGesus! Debating the definition of "free"?! And totally derailing the thread. It's a game. You play it. You don't work at it, unless you're a Cryptic employee. Sorry OP, but barely
disguised "debate" on entitlement is done. /Thread
