I've chosen to post this in PS4 because I first observed it on PS4, but I tried it on PC and this bug exists there too. I cannot test XBox, but I'll bet it exists there too.
The cutscene about half-way through the mission where the Meteor is being deleted from the timeline has the Krenim Timeship weapon remaining 'on' and not turning 'off' afterwards.
