Unable to use any stores

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Im not able to use any stores, for instance the commodity, dil and rep stores, everything is greyed out i allso have a few reps that are at t5, but i cant finish them to work on t6, it will only let me start another 20h cycle

    You have to clear your overflow bag in inventory
