Kobayashi maru failed rewards.

I've played with my six toons and 2 of them didn't get any reward. When I died and respawned I didn't always get a reward at the end when simulation ended. There might be a glitch.

    I was on 3rd round with both toons.. other tunes done it too. rounds wasn't the issue.

    Wouldn't be so bad if you could actually survive that long, random npcs crit you for 144,000 kinetic damage at full health is just plain stupid.
