Lighting in "Status" tab too bright when Lighting 2.0 is on

When Lighting 2.0 is turned on, characters appear too bright in the "Status" tab. This bug affects both player characters (captains) and bridge officers. When Lighting 2.0 is on, it looks as though an extremely bright searchlight is shining down upon the characters.

NOTE: I suspect that if you dim the light for Lighting 2.0, that will make it too dark when Lighting 2.0 is off. Therefore, it is important test the bug fix both with and without Lighting 2.0.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn off Lighting 2.0.
2. Press the U key. Then click on the "Status" tab.
3. Take screenshots of your captain and bridge officers.
4. Turn on Lighting 2.0.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
6. Compare the old and new screenshots of your captain and bridge officers.
